This drink bottle has been awesome for me as I have had a bad run with back issues. I always have a drink bottle handy so it’s a bonus having one I can foam roll on as well. I find myself rolling more often having the drink bottle as a subconscious reminder. As a strength and conditioning coach I recommended this to my players to help create good habits with hydration and preparing to train. Highly recommended.

I have never been great with stretching after workouts or any time really. I absolutely love my Refresh & Recover roller bottle! I use it in my pilates Mat pilates classes as a roller to demo on & take it to all of my other classes to stay hydrated whilst teaching & talking non-stop. Just recently went on a family holiday to Hawaii & used it in the plane & every day for our stretch & release each morning & the biggest bonus in 32 degree heat was our water stayed ice cold....all day long! Love my refresh and recover water roller bottle. It goes everywhere with me to class, on my runs, fits in my big bag, I can take it travelling and its the perfect size. Wouldn't be without it. Now I need a pink one lol
